Tiranga Logistics Pvt. Ltd., established on 16th March 2017 as a privately held corporation, specializes in the provision of logistics and goods transport services. It offers multiple solutions ranging from FTL movement, CFA operations, Warehouse operations and Dedicated customised fleet models for its clients pan India.

MANAGEMENT

Maj. Gaurav Kundu (Retd.), Managing Director is a B.Com. (H) graduate from Delhi University and an Indian Army veteran, having served the nation for 7 years in the Kashmir valley specializing in combat and logistics management. Post taking retirement as Indian Army Major and completing an executive MBA programme from IIM-Ahmedabad, he worked with the leading FMCG and e-commerce MNCs in India at leadership positions for about 9 years.

JOURNEY SO FAR

The company started with FTL (full truck load) services and has witnessed phenomenal growth in just seven years of existence. From buying first truck in 2019 to owning over 200 trucks in beginning of 2024, Tiranga Logistics has made its mark in Fleet operations The total network today stands at 2000+ trucks. In addition to this, Tiranga Logistics operates 6 warehouses in different corners of the country. Furthermore, Tiranga Logistics operates 25+ CFA’s in just 1st year of starting this division. Though still very young Tiranga Logistics has already based way for a customer centric approach for a successful future.

CFA OPERATIONS

To enable seamless CFA operations we leverage cutting-edge technology solutions. This includes robust transportation management systems (TMS), warehouse management systems (WMS), order management systems (OMS) and Route Optimization. These systems integrate with the client’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, providing end-to-end visibility, process automation, and data-driven insights.

WAREHOUSING & DISTRIBUTION

Providing warehouse facility by implementing a systematic approach to efficiently manage inventory, equipment and resources. Our aim to maintain a competitive edge by managing inbound and outbound logistics, order picking, and value-added services. Ensuring accurate and on-time delivery of products to the assembly line / customer location.

FLEET MANAGEMENT & WORKSHOP

Tiranga has over 220 fleet with varied fleet sizes from 10 feet to 42 feet vehicle. We have a team of dedicated, certified and experienced team members who work day and night for supervision and maintenance of these vehicles. We also have our own workshops to cater the maintenance demands of the vehicles.

NETWORK

Tiranga logistics serves 60+ location with 220+ owned fleet along with over 1200 attached fleet for first mile and last mile connectivity and highly reliable technology based practices. Furthermore, Tiranga Logistics operates warehouses at 6 locations and over 25 CFA locations Spread across the country. This gives Tiranga Logistics a strong foot hold in complete supply chain environment, from first mile to middle mile to last mile, delivering smile to customers. Tiranga Logistics is determined to create an unparalled network based on technology to course all aspect of SCM fulfilling its mission to be most trusted, transparent technologically driven logistics company.
